1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the sak44 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and any related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "player") and sak44 ("we", "our").

By opening an account, playing games, or conducting any financial transaction on the sak44 platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms described below. If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, and identity document details — must be accurate and your own.

• You are responsible for notifying sak44 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, sak44 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

2.3 One Account Policy

If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, sak44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending bonuses. Violating this policy may also result in the forfeiture of declared winnings.

3. Age Verification

To create an account or use any service on sak44, you must be at least 21 years of age. You will be required to declare your age at registration, and we may request age verification at any time.

Opening an account by falsely declaring your age is a serious violation. In such cases, sak44 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all deposited funds and bonuses.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sak44 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). Transactions through third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing may take longer if identity verification is pending or unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Transaction Terms

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in the requester's own name.
• To prevent money laundering, sak44 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and place it on hold if necessary.
• Withdrawal requests may be rejected if bonus wagering requirements have not been met prior to withdrawal.
• If intentional deposit-withdrawal cycling (bonus abuse) is detected, the applicable bonus will be forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account is not eligible to receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• After claiming a bonus, only the deposited funds may be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering. The contribution rate for specific games will be stated on the promotions page.
• sak44 reserves the right to change promotion terms or cancel a promotion at any time.
• If misuse of promotional offers or bonus fraud is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The sak44 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, and 0.8% respectively may apply at each tier. Active participation and regular gaming activity are required for tier advancement. sak44 will endeavor to give prior notice of any changes to VIP benefits.

6. Fair Play Policy

sak44 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform operate using SSL encryption and secure Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 RNG & Game Fairness

8. Account Suspension & Closure

sak44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any provision of these Terms.
• In the event of providing false or incomplete information.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any pending bonus conditions not met at the time of the request will result in the bonus being cancelled. However, your own deposited funds will remain withdrawable.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login or transaction for 12 months or more may be marked as "inactive". In such cases, sak44 will notify the account holder by email.
